Is it possible to order and receive flowers on the same day?
Yes it is! We request that the order is made before noon for same-day delivery. Occasionally, our delivery schedule is filled to the maximum for the day, so we recommend that you order your flowers earlier than the delivery date requested whenever possible. We always do our best to accommodate same-day requests.
Will the bouquet look exactly like the picture on your website?
We design each bouquet to be as similar as possible to the picture on our website. Sometimes substitutions need to be made due to flower availability and season. Value, color theme, and quality always remain the same.
Why do flower prices change?
Pricing can fluctuate based on market value, seasonal availability, and import tariffs.
Can I see photos of your past work?
Absolutely! Our website is filled with photos of bouquets designed by our award winning designers. There are NO stock images! We also have a wedding section where you can take a look at our work, click: here.
Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! We love creating custom designs for our customers and clients. We always have a huge selection of ready-made bouquets in our shop cooler, and you can also peruse our website for even more inspiration. We design to your vision and expectation!
Is there a minimum order amount to hav my bouquet delivered?
There is no minimum amount for a delivery. Your order amount is based on the item(s) ordered, plus tax and delivery to the zip code of the recipient.
Is in-store pick up available for orders purchased online?
Yes, simply choose “pick up” on our website when ordering. You may also choose the timeframe you would like your bouquet, plant, or garden to be ready.
Can I send flowers or plants to a recipient who lives out of the area?
Yes! We can send your order via a wire-out service, such as Teleflora, to another reputable floirst that operates in the area where the intended recipient lives.
Why do you need the recipient's phone number?
In order to ensure a successful delivery, we need a phone number for the recipient in the event that there is no answer at the door when our driver gets to the home/business. While we do our best to keep the delivery a surprise, sometimes it is necessary to let the intended recipient know we are there and ensure we can leave the bouquet in a safe and secluded place until the recipient gets home or to make other arrangements if needed.
When will my order be delivered?
When you place an order, either by phone or online, our point of sale system will generate both a receipt and a delivery confirmation to you via email. We keep you in the loop from purchase to delivery!
What happens if a recipient isn't home when the delivery is made?
If there is no answer at the door when our driver attempts delivery, we will call the recipient with the phone number you have provided. This allows us to make arrangements with the recipient as to where they would like us to leave the bouquet, or if they’d prefer us to redeliver at a different time.
What areas do you deliver to and what is your delivery charge?
We deliver throughout the North County San Deigo area and as far south as the downtow area, east to Ramona/Tierra Santa and west to the local beach communities. Our delivery charges vary between $19.99 and $39.99.
Can I request a specific time for delivery?
Yes, you can request a specific timeframe for delivery when you place your order. If you have a specific event time, or need to give us specific delivery information, please call us.
Does Four Seasons Flowers design for weddings, corporate, and private events?
Yes! We design for all occasions and have been voted #1 both locally and annually in the wedding platform The Knot. Please see our gallery of wedding photography here. We specialize in corporate and private events by designing floral and plant installations. We also offer team-building opportunities with floral design classes and Flower Bars.
Is my wedding date available?
If your date is available when we have our consultation, we will book it for you with a $150 deposit guaranteeing it is reserved for your wedding. We keep our weddings to two per weekend to ensure you are getting our best work and attention!
Can you work within my budget for wedding flowers?
We do our best to work within all reasonable budgets. The best value is always using flowers that are in season.
How long have you been in business?
Four Seasons Flowers started as a family owned plant shoop in 1974 and is now the premier florist in San Diego offering a full range of products and designs. From delivery beautiful bouquets locally, out of state and internationally, to designing award winning arrangements, gardens, plants, and classes for local businesses and our valued customers and clients, we remain a family-owned full-service florist.
Do you teach floral design and offer classes?
We love teaching floral design classes! We offer monthly classes at our flower shop on the 3rd Sunday of each month. A list of classes can be found on our here on our website as they become available and change with each month offering a variety of floral designs, seasonal flowers, and skill levels. We also offer customized classes for business and corporate team building events and private classes for groups. The classes can be given at our flower shop or at your chosen venue. It makes for a great time together with family and friends and everyone goes home with a bouquet that they created!
