Your floral journey begins with a relaxed, no-pressure information meeting, usually about 30 minutes. This is where we get to know you, your ideas, your vision, and your budget. We’ll chat through your preferences, inspirations, and the overall look you want to achieve so we can start imagining how flowers will bring your day to life.
Step Two: Book a Consultation With Our Wedding Professional
Next, it’s time to dive into the fun part: flowers!
You can meet with us in-store or virtually, whichever works best for you. Bring your photos, Pinterest boards, color palettes, and any inspiration that reflects your style. Together, we’ll begin designing floral concepts that feel authentically you.
Following this meeting, you’ll receive a detailed, itemized floral proposal within 10–14 days, created specifically for your wedding. With decades of experience and a team of top San Diego designers, you can rest assured that you are working with some of the very best in the industry.

After Booking: Your Complimentary Mock-Up Appointment
Once you officially book Four Seasons Flowers as your wedding florist, we move from concept to creation.
During your mock-up appointment, we design a full centerpiece based on your colors, style, and floral choices. This allows you to see, in person, how your flowers will look when you enter your reception for the first time. We walk through every detail to ensure your pieces reflect your exact vision, making adjustments until you absolutely LOVE what you see.
Our goal is simple:
You feel confident, excited, and completely in love with your floral designs before your wedding day arrives.
Wedding Day Delivery & Setup
When the big day comes, you can relax, we’ve got everything covered.
Our professional team arrives on time in our air-conditioned vans and handles delivery, setup, and breakdown (if needed). Personal flowers are delivered before your photography starts, ceremony flowers are arranged for your special moment, and reception florals are placed exactly as you imagined.
If your ceremony and reception are at different locations, we also provide floral transfer services. From boutonnières to arch pieces to lush centerpieces, every bloom is presented with care and intention.

Every wedding is unique, and floral pricing varies depending on season, flower choice, size, and overall design style. Most of our weddings fall between $3,000–$10,000, with the average couple spending $3,800–$6,800.
